We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have used the Oriflore K-Herb Ritual Hair Bar consistently for 30 days and see no visible improvement, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us and we will take care of the rest.

UK Statutory Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. To qualify under this right, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. This right is in addition to our 30-day guarantee and does not replace it.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products are not eligible for return under the standard 14-day cancellation right. This does not affect your right to a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at supportoriflore@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue as a priority — at no cost to you.
