Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Time

We currently ship within the UK only. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control are outside our responsibility.


Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
